I am a survivor, warrior, son, brother, cousin, husband, father, grandude, and friend to many. Troy grew up moving around the country experienced life in three different states. Throughout my life I have survived many challenges, the biggest being his battle with weight lasting over 20 years. Finally, when I got my life back on track I was diagnosed with Cancer. It is through my cancer journey that I have developed the strategies necessary to be all you can be in life and to live life to it’s fullest. But more importantly that, it is my firm belief that by Being Kind to ourselves, we can unlock our best selves.
